Ann

Veterinary TECHNICIAN

Ann has been practicing as a veterinary technician since 2003 and got her certification in 2007.

She is a native of Northern VA but has fallen in love with New Hampshire and its beautiful mountains.

When not taking care of Manchester’s cats and dogs, you can find her hiking as long and as far as her legs will go. She completed the 48 4000 footers in 7 months, and she’s not stopping there!

Ann is currently on sabbatical hiking the Appalachian Trail (2,200 miles)! GO ANN

Madison

Customer Service Representative

Madison was born and raised in Syracuse, New York. She recently relocated to Manchester with her boyfriend Alex. Together they have Kipper, a mixed breed they recently adopted as a rescue from Georgia.

She grew up loving all things ecological. She had with the best dog in the world, Ruby. Rescuing her as a child (along with her family) is one of her favorite memories of growing up. Madison attended the SUNY College of Environmental Science and Forestry and earned a B.S. in Environmental Education and Interpretation.

Before coming to Best Friends, she worked near Syracuse on her family’s farm taking care of horses, cows, chicken, sheep, and goats. In her free time, she loves hiking, kayaking, swimming, taking naps, and cooking. She is still trying to figure out what she wants to be when she grows up; in the meantime, she’s enjoying learning and providing excellent customer service here at Best Friends.

Tiffany T

Tiffany

Veterinary Technician Assistant

Tiffany is on track to become a Certified Veterinary Technician through Penn Foster. She originally planned to have a career working with marine animals, but life took her down a different path. Tiffany stumbled into the veterinary field in 2006, found she enjoyed it, and decided to stay ever since. One of her favorite aspects of the profession is the people – when you work with a great staff, it makes your job easier and a lot more fun! Tiffany also loves learning new things every day, helping her fellow team members on their own path, and supporting clients with older pets. Tiffany is living her best life with her son and their many animals: Jingo the Shiba Inu; Jose, an orange wing Amazon parrot; Dodger the cockatiel; Ahote, Kovu, Pistol, Lucius, and Kiara, all cats; Remi, a Friesian horse; Sardonyx, a red foot tortoise; and Boris, a Russian tortoise.

Outside of work, Tiffany’s hobbies include reading, riding, and spending time with her son. She is also a certified sound healer.

Sheila

Veterinary Technician Assistant

Animals were always Sheila’s biggest fascination, ever since she was little, and she and everyone she knew expected her to end up working with animals when she was old enough. It’s safe to say that Sheila’s job today would make her younger self proud! Everyone at Best Friends Animal Hospital has been extremely welcoming; from the moment she joined the team, she felt included. She appreciates how diverse the job really is because she gets to learn many new things each day. Sheila also loves helping pets and their people and knowing she was able to contribute to their wellbeing.

Sheila has two daughters, and they share their home with two dogs: Jazzy, an English Bulldog mix, and Duke, a Great Dane mix. She loves spending her free time with her family; she and her fiancé like to go fishing or take her daughters to the park or to nature trails so they can experience new sites, sounds, and smells.

Sabrina

Veterinary Technician Assistant

Sabrina comes from a family of animal lovers and grew up around and cared for all kinds, including dogs, cats, birds, and reptiles. She decided to pursue veterinary medicine thanks to encouragement from her partner, Jessica, and so she could put her passion for all living things to good use! Sabrina loves interacting with pets every day, learning new things, and being part of such a great team here at Best Friends Animal Hospital. She shares her home with a variety of pets, including a cat named Sox (that she’s had since she was 7 years old), a Lab/Pit mix named Vader, along with many small animals, birds, and fish. Outside of work, Sabrina likes to spend time outside with her pets, tend to her houseplant collection, and go on a day-long hike or road trip.

Ashley

Certified Veterinary Technician

Ashley graduated from Great Bay Community College with her associate degree in veterinary technology. She has wanted to work with animals since she was a child and now gets to spend time with them every day, seeing pets at all stages of life and helping them stay healthy. At home, Ashley has a Lab mix named Knox and three cats: Grymm, Linus, and Calix. In her free time, she enjoys camping and spending time with her friends and family.

Caitlin T

Caitlin

Caitlin returns to Best Friends Animal Hospital after a 5-year hiatus and starting a family of her own. While she mostly remained in the veterinary field during this hiatus, she is still very excited to rejoin the BFAH team! When she’s not at the office, Caitlin enjoys date nights with her husband, tattoos, live music, being outdoors, and spending quality time with her family and friends. Along with her two children, Caitlin has two rescue dogs named Odie and Loki that she adopted from Tennessee in 2015. She most certainly has her hands full but wouldn’t have it any other way!
