Best Friends Animal Hospital gladly welcomes all dogs and cats to our practice. As a new client, you can expect nothing but the best care for your pet, and courteous, professional service for yourself.
Preparing for Your First Visit
Appointments can be scheduled by calling us at 603-625-2378 or emailing info@bfahnh.com. If your pet has been to another veterinary practice for care, we kindly ask that you send us a copy of their records before coming in for your appointment. Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your scheduled time to fill out our new patient/client form. For your pet’s safety and that of our other patients and clients, we ask that you bring your pet in on a leash or in a carrier.
Each pet’s first visit to our practice consists of a comprehensive wellness exam. Other services may include vaccinations, laboratory testing, or microchipping, to name a few.
Our Payment Policy
We require a deposit to hold all appointments, which can be paid over the phone. This amount can then be applied toward your final bill, or it can be used to reserve a future appointment. Full payment is due at the time services are rendered. We accept cash and most major credit and debit cards. If, for any reason, you cannot keep your appointment, we ask that you call at least 24 hours in advance to either receive a refund of your deposit or have it applied to a future appointment.
